The Bungee Long Belt is made up of a comfortable, adjustable belt connected to a durable bungee cord. With four resistance sizes, Yellow (Light Resistance), Green (Medium/Light Resistance), Red (Medium Resistance), Blue (Heavy Resistance), the Bungee Long Belt provides varying levels of resistance for everyday training. Safety string devices are installed inside rubber bands for extra safety. 

Resistance training is proven to build muscle, increase endurance and boost speeds where the results can be felt immediately after the belt is removed.

Speed training exposes swimmers of their shortcomings at high speeds and helps them adapt and fine-tune their stroke.
